Jessica Lueras, RYT 200
After separating from the Air Force in 2010, Jessica had many injuries she was trying to recover from, including nerve damage and epilepsy. Running and everyday fitness proved to be a challenge. She found a Connected Warriors yoga class and fell in love with it. Not only did yoga aid in the recovery of her physical health, but it helped her mental well-being also.
Jessica received her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification at The Yoga Connection in Tucson, Arizona in 2014. That same year she trained with James Fox and The Prison Yoga Project at Los Lunas, New Mexico. Jessica became certified with Connected Warriors in early 2015. Most recently, she has been teaching at the Southern Arizona Blind Rehabilitation Center at the Tucson VA.
Jessica and her family moved to Melbourne, Florida this summer. She looks forward to sharing yoga with the veteran community there.
